4.3. In order for us to properly consider your request, we ask that you submit your request in writing and confirm your identity.

4.7. No later than one month from the date of receipt of the request, we will provide you with information about the actions we have taken in response to your request. If the request is complex or there are more than one, this deadline may be extended by two more months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of these requests. In any case, we will inform you of such an extension within one month from the date of receipt of the request and indicate the reasons for it.

If we decide not to implement your request, we will inform you immediately, but no later than within one month from the date of receipt of your request, and you will be able to appeal such a decision to the State Data Protection Inspectorate and use other legal remedies. In all cases, before filing a complaint, we would like to ask you to contact us so that we can find the most appropriate solution together.
